UI/UX Designer

About Us
TrialReach is an early stage, VC-backed company that helps patients find and access new treatments before these are available to the general public. We launched in stealth mode in 2010, and since then we’ve signed up clients in the US and Europe, including some of top pharma companies in the world, thanks to our innovative approach to one of the biggest problems in the industry.

The Role
We are looking for a creative and talented web designer with a solid understanding of user experience and modern web practices to join our team.

Your mission is to design user interfaces that are beautiful and practical, frequently to be applied in the context of usability challenges that are new and complex.

You will have a huge influence over the look and feel of our website and the overall success of the firm. Your work will impact millions of people who come to our site, often patients looking for a lifeline to overcome life-threatening conditions. Our customer-facing dashboards and reports will be used by teams at some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

This is a unique opportunity to join a project that combines both, massive growth potential and a real feel-good factor.

About You
To be right for this role, you must be a web designer with a passion for things elegant and simple, and have a good understanding of HTML and CSS.

You must be up to date with the latest trends and good-practices in design and usability although you will have the opportunity to explore new avenues too.

Our back-end systems use Python/Django, so any experience with that would be helpful to you and to us.

Finally, previous experience in B2C websites is preferred but not mandatory to be considered – we care more about what you will do than what you did before.

Responsibilities

•  Define and maintain a visual identity for our site
•  Translate UX and Product inputs (sketches, flows, wireframes) into hi-fidelity designs
•  Take designs through to HTML/CSS for integration by our development team

Key Skills

•  Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or equivalent)
•  Experience of working closely with developers
•  Knowledge of HTML/CSS
•  Understanding of UX issues on the web, particularly user conversion processes, landing pages and presentation of complex data in a user friendly manner
•  Fluent in English, other European language very beneficial

Compensation
Very attractive basic salary + bonus + stock options. This is a permanent position open to full or part time applicants.

Apply
Please send your information to team@trialreach.com including links or examples of previous works.

Sorry, agencies and applicants unable to provide examples of previous work will not be considered.
